Imprimacion Al Cuarzo – 8L, 4.1L & 750ml

Product Definition: Coating used as a base coat for marterials: Microcement, Classic Venetian, Fine Marmorino, Medium Marmorino. Specially developed for these, It presents several specific properties such as: adhesion and light roughness (fine grit), it facilitates the levelling of the first coat of stucco, it serves as a bridge coat between coatings containing lime and unusual surfaces such as plasters, plasterboard, non-cement base paints, and conventional water-based paints. It also regulates irregular absorption. All of these are necessary qualities for the correct application and the aforementioned decorative coatings.

PRESENTATION VISCOSITY: White viscose paint.

FINISH: The produces dry film is white, semi-matte with fine gravel.

LIFE SPAN IN CONTAINER: Approximately 16 months in stable environmental conditions +5°C (min.) and +32°C (max.) without opening the tin. Avoid frost and high temperatures.

COLOURS: To obtain a decorative effect in concrete, this base coat is sometimes coloured with the Dyes/Toners without exceeding 5% by weight.

THINNER: Water, up to 7%.

INTERVAL BETWEEN COATS: 12 to 14 hours under 20°C and 55% relative humidity conditions. For the subsequent application of the finish 16-18 h. MAXIMUM THICKNESS PER COAT: 240 microns.

APPLICATION TOOLS: Brush, roller, and air gun.

PREVIOUS PREPARATIONS: Surfaces must be dry, firm/set up, well adhered, free of salts, free of any biological contamination such as mould, algae, lichens, free of environmental contamination (grease stains, soot, substances of unknown nature, etc.); I.e., free of any visible or invisible substance or contaminant that prevents the perfect attachment and finish of the Quartz Primer.

Impritex 4x4 Primer 4L & 990grm

Product Definition: A quick drying water based primer for universal use.  It is resistant to ageing, discoloration, very hard and adherent.  It is advisable to use mainly as a primer in the treatment and protection of difficult adhesion surfaces, such as galvanised iron, iron, steel, aluminium, copper, zinc, cement, tiles, glass.
